Uflex Ltd. announced that the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, has approved and registered the alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association, as previously approved by shareholders at the 37th Annual General Meeting on July 29, 2026; consequently, the company’s Corporate Identification Number (CIN) has been changed from L74899DL1988PLC032166 to L22209DL1988PLC032166.

Uflex will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Uflex has received reaffirmation in credit ratings from CRISIL as under:Total bank loan facilities rated - Rs 4,600 crore Long term rating - CRISIL AA-/ Negative (outlook revised from Stable; rating reaffirmed) Short term rating - CRISIL A1+ (reaffirmed)

Uflex announced that the 37th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 29 July 2026.

Uflex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
