Menon Pistons announced that the 49th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 5 August 2026.

Net profit of Menon Pistons rose 4.47% to Rs 4.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 31.31% to Rs 73.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 55.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 7.25% to Rs 25.58 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 23.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Menon Pistons announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
