Gini Silk Mills Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has closed the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
