G. K. Consultants Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Prem Singh as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective May 29, 2026, and Anil Kumar as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective June 25, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. P B S & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term commencing at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
