Eicher Motors announced that its unlisted subsidiary, VE Commercial Vehicles achieved total sales of 8,241 units in month of July 2026 compared to 7m115 units in July 2025.

Net profit of Eicher Motors rose 21.35% to Rs 1462.51 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 1205.22 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Eicher Motors has allotted 24,176 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company to persons exercising stock options pursuant to Employees Stock Option Plan, 2006 and Restricted Stock Units Plan, 2019 of the Company.
