Eicher Motors announced that its unlisted subsidiary, VE Commercial Vehicles achieved sales of 9,519 units of trucks and buses in month of June 2026 compared to 7,363 units in June 2025, recording a growth of 29.3%.

Eicher Motors reported motorcycle sales of 1,03,231 units in month of May 2026 compared to 89,429 units in month of May 2026, recording a growth of 15%. Total sales include international business of 9,116 units (down 33% YoY).

Eicher Motors announced that its unlisted subsidiary, VE Commercial Vehicles has achieved sales of 7,978 units in month of May 2026 compared to 7,401 units in May 2025, recording a growth of 7.8%.

Eicher Motors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 82 per equity Share (i.e. 8200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
