Cravatex announced that the 74th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Cravatex announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 13 per equity Share (i.e. 130%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
