3B Blackbio DX announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of 3B Blackbio DX rose 13.81% to Rs 9.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
