Anant Raj announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Anant Raj rose 23.57% to Rs 146.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 118.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Anant Raj has entered into a Supplementary Agreement modifying certain terms of existing collaboration arrangement with Destination Properties for development of a residential group housing project in Gurugram, Haryana.In lieu of development rights, Destination Properties was previously entitled to get share of developed area in the project. This arrangement has now been modified, and Destination Properties will be entitled to get 17.69% of the total project revenue.
