Westlife Foodworld announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 26 August 2026.

Westlife Foodworld announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Westlife Foodworld has appointed Dr. Deepa Vidyadhar Bhajekar (DIN: 01155212), as an Additional Director (Non - Executive Independent Director) of the Company, for a first term of 5 consecutive years, with effect from 31 July 2026

Net profit of Westlife Foodworld declined 52.03% to Rs 0.59 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 1.23 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
