Natura Hue-Chem Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Mr. Aditya Sharma, an Independent Director with DIN [08718848], completed his tenure and consequently ceased to be a Director and member of the Board Committees with effect from June 29, 2026, with the company attributing the delay in disclosing this information to an inadvertent internal oversight.
