Nexome Capital Markets announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 11 August 2026.

Nexome Capital Markets announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
