Jai Corp Limited has set a record date of September 21, 2026, for determining shareholders eligible for dividend and electronic voting, as well as a book closure from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, in connection with the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026.

Jai Corp Ltd share price inched up 1.51% to Rs 104.1 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 35.64% to Rs 28.2 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 30.64% to Rs 157.58 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Plastic Products - Industrial industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.41 lakh crore, dropping 14.97%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Jai Corp Ltd stood at Rs 37.94 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 65.16% year-on-year, and jumping 40.62% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 6 crore, tanking 106.62% YoY and surging by 296.86% sequentially. Total expenses surged 27.05% to Rs 136.97 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 101.82 crore, rising 11.17% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 9.26 crore, plunging by 14.02% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 11.80% to Rs 517.7 crore, while net profit jumped 26.40% to Rs 66.83 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1074% to Rs 10.8 crore, and PBT rose 15.21% to Rs 82.86 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 44.98 crore in FY26, as against Rs 41.0 crore in FY25. Jai Corp Ltd softened by 4.19% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.

Jai Corp Limited announced that its plastic processing unit in Vasona, previously subject to a stoppage and partial restart, has fully resumed operations as of 7:00 am (IST) on August 11, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company stated that it is currently unable to quantify the impact of the disruption and is in the process of ascertaining the extent of production loss and property damage.

Jai Corp will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Jai Corp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
