Chartered Logistics Limited has informed the BSE Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for the 31st Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, and that e-voting will be available from September 22, 2026, to September 24, 2026, through the NSDL e-voting platform, with September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility.

Chartered Logistics Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved availing a working capital term loan facility from HDFC Bank and is evaluating a proposal to purchase Electric Vehicles (EV) trucks for deployment in its logistics business, anticipating long-term operational and cost benefits.

Chartered Logistics Ltd share price declined by 1.07% to Rs 9.27 after the company`s net profit plunged by 154.12% to Rs 1.97 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 2.54% to Rs 17.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Logistics Solution Provider industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.36 lakh crore, rising 6.24%. It has slipped by 0.10% over last one week and ticked higher by 7.71% in last one month while the market capitalization of Chartered Logistics Ltd has significantly gained 33.19% and 33.76% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Chartered Logistics Ltd stood at Rs 2.07 crore in Q2 FY26, slipping 8.41% year-on-year, and plunging by 203.50% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, heading higher 10.71% YoY and tumbling by 143.26% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 5.28% to Rs 16.69 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.37 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 2.63% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 6.94% to Rs 76.61 crore, while net profit soared by 85.07% to Rs 1.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 42% to Rs 1.4 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 757.89% to Rs 1.63 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 3.27 crore in FY26, as against Rs 13.16 crore in FY25. Chartered Logistics Ltd rose by 7.67% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.04% during the same period.

Chartered Logistics will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Net Loss of Chartered Logistics reported to Rs 3.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 1.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 2.21% to Rs 17.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 2.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 1.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
