Promoters T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy, T. Indira Reddy, and T Subbarami Reddy, along with Gayatri Fin Holdings Private Limited and Gayatri Projects Limited, disclosed the release of encumbrance on shares of Gayatri Sugars Limited to the BSE Limited on August 23, 2026, as per SEBI regulations.
