Vaibhav Global announced that the 37th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 4 August 2026.

Vaibhav Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Vaibhav Global rose 167.43% to Rs 91.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 34.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.99% to Rs 934.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 849.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 73.53% to Rs 266.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 153.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.24% to Rs 3691.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3379.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Vaibhav Global will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 May 2026.

Vaibhav Global has allotted 18,041 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 17 March 2026 to Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust under various employee benefit schemes of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 33,41,35,296 consisting of 16,70,67,648 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
