Vaibhav Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Vaibhav Global rose 49.83% to Rs 56.38 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 37.63 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Vaibhav Global has allotted 2,65,555 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each on 04 August, 2026 to �Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust� under various employee benefit schemes of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 33,52,35,454 consisting of 16,76,17,727 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
