PNB Housing Finance Ltd share price softened by 0.10% to Rs 1149.0 after the company`s net profit declined by 15.01% to Rs 557.34 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 3.75% to Rs 2263.44 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 731 crore, rising 5.77% YoY and tanking 18.15% sequentially. Total expenses increased by 17.43% to Rs 1546.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 134.67 crore, expanding by 7.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 10.95% to Rs 8504.52 crore, while net profit rose by 18.34% to Rs 2291.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 249869% to Rs 3036.05 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 19.50% to Rs 2970.61 crore compared to previous TTM. PNB Housing Finance Ltd soared by 46.16% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.

PNB Housing Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 4 August 2026.

The board of PNB Housing Finance at its meeting held on 10 July 2026 has recommended the proposal for issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 10,000 crore on private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 50,000 listed, secured, rated, taxable, redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs.500 crore. The allotment has been made through private placement via the Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform of NSE.
