The board of PNB Housing Finance at its meeting held on 10 July 2026 has recommended the proposal for issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 10,000 crore on private placement basis, in one or more tranches.

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 50,000 listed, secured, rated, taxable, redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs.500 crore. The allotment has been made through private placement via the Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform of NSE.

PNB Housing Finance announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 17 August 2026.

PNB Housing Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 8 per equity Share (i.e. 80%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of PNB Housing Finance rose 19.15% to Rs 655.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 550.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.90% to Rs 2181.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2021.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 18.34% to Rs 2291.24 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1936.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.95% to Rs 8504.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7665.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
