Pix Transmission will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 August 2026.

Pix Transmission announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 22 July 2026.

Pix Transmission announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 9 per equity Share (i.e. 90%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Pix Transmission declined 10.73% to Rs 20.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 22.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 4.91% to Rs 170.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 162.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 5.31% to Rs 106.89 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 112.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.87% to Rs 582.31 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 593.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
