Birlasoft Limited announced on August 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 67,467 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible employees under the Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan -2022, increasing the company`s paid-up capital to Rs 559,334,112 divided into 279,667,056 equity shares.

Net profit of Birlasoft rose 51.27% to Rs 161.00 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 106.43 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. Birlasoft announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 July 2026.

Birlasoft has allotted 93,301 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 55,91,99,178/- divided into 27,95,99,589 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
