Birlasoft announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 July 2026.

Birlasoft has allotted 93,301 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 55,91,99,178/- divided into 27,95,99,589 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Net profit of Birlasoft rose 44.08% to Rs 175.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 122.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.41% to Rs 1348.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1316.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 0.31% to Rs 518.36 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 516.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.21% to Rs 5309.96 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5375.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Birlasoft announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
