GEE Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Securities Depository Limited that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to Monday, September 7, 2026, for the company’s 65th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on Monday, September 07, 2026, at 11.30 A.M (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a cut-off date for e-voting of Monday, August 31, 2026.
