Sofcom Systems Ltd. will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. Sofcom Systems Ltd. approved the appointment of M/s P M S H P S & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 121366W) as its Statutory Auditors at a board meeting held on September 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting, where they will hold office for five years.
