Kamdhenu Limited announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026, at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio – Visual Means, with Friday, 18th September, 2026, set as the record date for determining entitlement to dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Shareholders will be able to vote electronically, with remote e-voting commencing on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and ending on Thursday, 24th September, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.(IST), and the Notice of the 32nd Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent only through Email.

Kamdhenu will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 July 2026.

Kamdhenu announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Kamdhenu rose 1.99% to Rs 17.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 4.96% to Rs 207.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 197.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 28.72% to Rs 78.35 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 60.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
