Emergent Industrial Solutions Limited, formerly Emergent Global Edu and Services Limited, appointed Vikash Rawal as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director and CEO for a five-year term through August 31, 2031, and Siddharth Raman Amin as an Additional Director for a five-year term through August 31, 2031, both appointments subject to shareholder approval at the company’s ensuing Annual General Meeting; the board also approved the Directors Report as on March 31, 2026, convened the 43rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, and appointed Neeraj Sharma of Neeraj & Associates as Scrutinizer for the AGM.
