Delta Corp Limited will close its trading window for directors and designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the communication of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
