Aurique Limited, formerly known as PAE Limited, held an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, September 3, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved three resolutions: to issue and allot up to 2,50,00,000 fully convertible equity warrants, to approve a change in the company’s object clause and memorandum of association, and to appoint Ms. Sakshi Dwivedi as an additional non-executive independent director.
