Nestlé India Limited has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement to acquire a 26% equity stake, on a fully diluted basis, in Radiance KA Sunshine Seven Private Limited for Rs 7,61,25,000 to establish a captive renewable energy power plant, as announced on August 27, 2026. Radiance KA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Radiance Renewables Private Limited, reported a turnover of Rs 15.8 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and is engaged in the generation and sale of renewable energy.
