Apollo Finvest (India) Limited informed the BSE that a revision in the interest rate from 9.75% to 10% has been approved by debenture holders for its unlisted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued on a private placement basis for an amount of Rs 15 crore, effective October 7, 2026.

Apollo Finvest (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, are made public, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015; the date of the board meeting to consider the financial results will be announced later.

SGGS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company’s Secretarial Auditor, effective from August 14, 2026, due to disagreement in commercial arrangements and reassessment of their ability to continue with increasing scope and responsibilities at the current commercial rates which have not been revised for three years.

Net profit of Apollo Finvest (India) rose 2.88% to Rs 1.07 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.81% to Rs 5.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 3.74% to Rs 6.95 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 31.59% to Rs 20.70 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 30.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
