Adani Power announced that pursuant to the approved resolution plan for Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) submitted by Adani Enterprises, the company has entered into the following definitive agreements with JAL:(a) Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 24% shares of Jaiprakash Power Ventures (a listed entity), held by JAL; and (b) Business Transfer Agreement for acquisition of the 180 MW thermal power plant of JAL located in Churk and other related assets, including 11.49% shares of Prayagraj Power Generation Company, held by JAL.

Adani Power announced that the 30th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 25 June 2026.

Net profit of Adani Power rose 52.34% to Rs 4017.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2636.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 0.10% to Rs 14223.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14237.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 0.81% to Rs 12834.30 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 12938.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 3.49% to Rs 54240.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 56203.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Adani Atomic Energy (AAEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Power, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Rawatbhata-Raj Atomic Energy (RRAEL) on 20 April 2026.

Adani Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 April 2026.
