Betex India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the company`s 39th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. at the company`s registered office.

Betex India Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 5, 2026, to approve the re-appointment of Mr. Hanumansingh Karansingh Shekhawat as an Independent, Non-Executive Director, revise the remuneration of Mr. Ritesh Somani, Whole-Time Director, and approve the Notice convening the 39th Annual General Meeting, among other matters.
