Purity Flexpack Limited informed the BSE Limited that its shareholders approved an increase in the company`s authorized share capital from Rs 6,00,00,000 consisting of 60,00,000 equity shares to Rs 10,00,00,000 consisting of 1,00,00,000 equity shares, at the company`s annual general meeting held on September 5, 2026, which also included an alteration of the capital clause in the Memorandum of Association.

Purity Flexpack Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members have approved an alteration to the company’s Memorandum of Association at a meeting held on September 5, 2026, which includes the addition of sub-clauses 6D to 6F to expand the company’s business to include manufacturing and dealing in soap, cosmetics, perfumes, paper products, laminates, printed cartons, and various rubber, plastic, and chemical goods, subject to modifications advised by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

Net profit of Purity Flex Pack rose 282.00% to Rs 1.91 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 0.50 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
