Gabriel India Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 1,00,000 senior, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for an aggregate principal amount of up to Rs 10,00,00,00,000 on a private placement basis. The debentures will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited and will carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum, with a maturity date of September 10, 2029.

Gabriel India Limited announced on August 21, 2026, that it executed a Joint Venture Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 30% minus one equity share in HL Klemove India Private Limited, as previously disclosed on July 21, 2026; the purchase is expected to be completed on August 24, 2026, or a mutually agreed date, at which point HL Klemove India Private Limited will become an associate company of Gabriel India Limited.
