Net profit of Torrent Power declined 69.97% to Rs 318.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1059.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. The board of Torrent Power at its meeting held on 12 May 2026 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of non convertible debentures up to Rs 10,000 crore in one or more tranches by way of private placement.

Torrent Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.5 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Torrent Power will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 May 2026.
