Modern Steels Limited (BSE: 513303) informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Sanjeev Sharma & Associates as statutory auditors for one year, the re-appointment of Mr. Krishan Kumar Goyal as Chairman & Managing Director for five years, and the appointment of Dr. Surinder Kumar as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, alongside the re-appointment of Prof. Anupama Sharma as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, at the company`s annual general meeting on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
