Industrial & Prudential Invest. Co. announced that the 110th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Industrial & Prudential Invest. Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 120 per equity Share (i.e. 1200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Industrial & Prudential Investment Company rose 7.17% to Rs 17.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 19.64% to Rs 0.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 6.75% to Rs 63.73 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 59.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 9.62% to Rs 6.58 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
