Garware Technical Fibres announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Garware Technical Fibres declined 19.44% to Rs 57.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 71.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.42% to Rs 426.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 432.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 14.20% to Rs 198.67 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 231.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 0.74% to Rs 1528.79 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1540.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Garware Technical Fibres will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 20 May 2026.

The board of Garware Technical Fibres at its meeting held on 08 May 2026 has approved the proposal for buyback of up to 16,17,500 fully paid up equity shares of the company having face value of Rs 10 each, being 1.63% of the total paid up equity share capital of the company at an issue price of Rs 680 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 110 crore.
