Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals rose 421.07% to Rs 14.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.66% to Rs 401.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 359.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 32.37% to Rs 27.02 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 39.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
