Duncan Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Duncan Engineering declined 5.60% to Rs 1.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 20.84% to Rs 24.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 6.72% to Rs 4.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
