Forbes & Company Ltd share price inched up 0.99% to Rs 305.95. The Company`s net profit tumbled by 282.74% to Rs 3.6 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 22.86% to Rs 13.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Household Appliances industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.06 lakh crore, gaining 7.25%. It has eased by 0.58% over last one week and edged lower by 2.54% in last one month while the market capitalization of Forbes & Company Ltd has marginally improved by 9.70% and 7.89% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Forbes & Company Ltd stood at Rs 4.1 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 28.82% year-on-year, and tanking 582.35% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, nosediving by 40.32% YoY and crashing by 236.36% sequentially. Total expenses contracted by 17.66% to Rs 12.68 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 3.96 crore, contracting by 17.84% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.12 crore, jumping 20.47% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 61.78% to Rs 76.14 crore, while net profit plunged by 53.61% to Rs 13.41 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1172% to Rs 4.05 crore, and PBT collapsed by 54.80% to Rs 18.18 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 6.11 crore in FY26, as against Rs 11.22 crore in FY25. Forbes & Company Ltd nosedived by 24.88% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.
