Advanced Enzyme Techs. announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Advanced Enzyme Technologies announced the cessation of Rajshree Patel (DIN � 08761022) on completion of her second term as Independent Director of the company on 11 June 2026.
