Advanced Enzyme Technologies announced the cessation of Rajshree Patel (DIN � 08761022) on completion of her second term as Independent Director of the company on 11 June 2026.

Advanced Enzyme Techs. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.35 per equity Share (i.e. 67.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Advanced Enzyme Technologies rose 62.24% to Rs 42.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 26.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
