Anand Projects Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors and other covered persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, of the financial year 2026-2027.

Anand Projects Limited announced the re-appointment of Rajesh Kumar Sharma as a Whole-time director and Manish Sharma as an Independent Director, both for a second term of five years commencing December 23, 2026, to December 22, 2031.
