ANDHRA PAPER LIMITED announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Bangur as Managing Director for a period of five years, effective October 1, 2026, at the company’s 62nd Annual General Meeting held on August 11, 2026. Mr. Bangur, whose current term expires on September 30, 2026, is related to Mr. Shree Kumar Bangur and Mr. Virendraa Bangur.
