Kansai Nerolac Paints has allotted 64,309 equity shares under the Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited - Restricted Stock Units Plan, 2022 on 23 July 2026.

Kansai Nerolac Paints will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 August 2026.

Kansai Nerolac Paints has allotted 56,197 equity shares under ESOP on 28 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 80,87,14,470 equity shares of Re.1 each.
