Kansai Nerolac Paints has allotted 56,197 equity shares under ESOP on 28 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 80,87,14,470 equity shares of Re.1 each.

Sales rose 2.93% to Rs 8051.91 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 7822.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
