PTC India Limited, in association with NLC India Renewables Limited, has incorporated a joint venture company named NIRL PTC RENEWABLES LIMITED (CIN: U35105TN2026GOI197973) on September 16, 2026, to develop Green Energy Projects, with PTC India Limited holding a 26% shareholding, equivalent to 26,000 equity shares, while NLC India Renewables Limited holds 74%.

PTC India Limited will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, at 12:30 PM through video conferencing, and has set October 7, 2026, as the record date for a potential final dividend of Rs 5.50 per equity share, as recommended by the board of directors.

PTC India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 August 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 23 per equity Share (i.e. 230%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of PTC India declined 49.76% to Rs 97.99 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 195.05 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
