Central Depository Services (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 August 2026.

Central Depository Services (India) announced that the 28th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 July 2026.

Sales rose 17.11% to Rs 262.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 224.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 13.39% to Rs 456.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 526.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
