Kesar Petroproducts Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ramjan Kadar Shaikh as a director and Whole-time Director for a second term, subject to shareholder approval at the company`s 36th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via video conferencing and other audio-visual means.
