APAR Industries Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that September 14, 2026, has been set as the record date for the 37th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders, to be held on September 21, 2026, and for determining eligibility for a dividend of Rs 60 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.

APAR Industries Limited announced the allotment of 16,88,618 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 14,805 per share, raising approximately Rs 2,500 crore through a qualified institutions placement. The company`s paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 40,18,37,190 to Rs 41,87,23,370 following the allotment, and the trading window will reopen on August 16, 2026. The allotment was approved by the Share Issue Committee of Directors at a meeting held on August 13, 2026.

Net profit of Apar Industries rose 77.80% to Rs 467.45 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 262.91 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
