Orient Bell Ltd share price gained 4.74% to Rs 328.25 after the company`s net profit soared by 33.76% to Rs 8.32 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 4.92% to Rs 202.91 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Ceramics industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 24329.49 crore, easing 5.59%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Orient Bell Ltd stood at Rs 11.15 crore in Q2 FY26, plunging by 2056.14% year-on-year, and expanding by 33.37% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 16 crore, surging by 257.34% YoY and heading higher 13.81% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 6.34% to Rs 192.72 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 33.67 crore, rising 18.60% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 30.02 crore, surging 12.81% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 3.06% to Rs 687.02 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 337.68% to Rs 12.43 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2412% to Rs 36.55 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 333.95% to Rs 16.36 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 47.71 crore in FY26, as against Rs 33.43 crore in FY25. Orient Bell Ltd jumped 16.09% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.

Orient Bell announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
