Donear Industries Ltd share price declined by 1.34% to Rs 83.86 after the company`s net profit surged by 119.22% to Rs 11.29 crore, while revenue from operations slipped 11.24% to Rs 212.11 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Donear Industries Ltd stood at Rs 15.69 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 29.46% year-on-year, and surging by 115.82% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 21 crore, gaining 3.57% YoY and tanking 1826.45% sequentially. Total expenses reduced by 18.03% to Rs 192.33 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 84.01 crore, plunging by 31.78% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 27.16 crore, improving by 11.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 14.34% to Rs 913.7 crore, while net profit eased 8.12% to Rs 31.89 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 7217% to Rs 75.41 crore, and PBT slipped by 6% to Rs 44.63 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.54 crore in FY26, as against Rs 70.67 crore in FY25. Donear Industries Ltd nosedived by 13.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.
