3i Infotech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 July 2026.

 3i Infotech Software Solutions L.L.C.,  3i Infotech`s step down wholly owned subsidiary, has received a order dated 30 June 2026, received on 07 July 2026 from Vedant Consultancy FZ LLC, UAE, for providing IT consulting services in the fields of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotics. The engagement includes consulting services and solutions based on UiPath RPA, Blue Prism, Pega Platform and Datamatics TruBot, as well as Process and Factory Automation technologies and systems. The engagement is for a period of 12 months from 01 May 2026 to 30 April 2027. The total value of the order is AED 17,651,620, exclusive of applicable taxes.

3i Infotech Software Solutions L.L.C., a subsidiary of 3i Infotech, has received a purchase order on 19 June 2026 from a leading UAE-based technology company, for providing professional services contract including the rebadging of IT resources. The engagement involves the deployment and management of technology professionals across multiple roles and customer environments supported by UAE-based technology company. The projects span areas including cybersecurity, cloud security, network operations, infrastructure support, service delivery, systems administration, engineering and related technology functions. The contract is awarded for a period of 1 year engagement, which can be extended further on mutual terms & conditions. The total value of the purchase order is approximately AED 13.08 MN (Rs 33.6 crore), exclusive of applicable taxes.

3i Infotech has received an IT services contract worth Rs 37.05 crore from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), for providing Facility Management Services (FMS) across HPCL locations for three years. The engagement involves providing IT services across HPCL`s Corporate R&D Centre, Visakh Refinery, Head Office, Zones, ISC and multiple PAN India locations. The scope includes skilled manpower support, desktop and endpoint support, printer and scanner support, server support, VMS endpoint support, travel assistance and related IT infrastructure support services. Under this engagement, company will support HPCL`s distributed IT operations through managed infrastructure services, enabling continuity, operational efficiency and reliable support across critical business locations.

Net profit of 3i Infotech declined 72.97% to Rs 7.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 26.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 6.00% to Rs 175.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 187.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 39.88% to Rs 35.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.46% to Rs 693.36 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 725.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
