Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Jitesh Shah as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026, replacing Mr. Sitendu Nagchaudhuri who has superannuated. Mr. Shah previously held finance roles at Jio Platforms Limited, Edelweiss, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and holds an MBA in Finance from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education (SIMSREE), Mumbai.

Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited announced that its members appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 66th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 71st Annual General Meeting, with Nayan Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants serving as joint auditors until the conclusion of the 67th Annual General Meeting.
